Billing questions
Refunds within 14 days, no questions. Refund policy.
Why one payment instead of a subscription?
The work is reading public pages and keeping them, which costs me very little per person. $12 covers it. You keep Pro for as long as the site runs.
Who handles the payment?
I sell Pro. You pay once by card through Stripe, which opens in a new tab. Stripe processes the card and emails you a receipt. I never see your card. After you pay, the thanks page shows your license key. Save it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days, no questions asked. Email me with the Stripe receipt. I refund the card you paid with.
Can a team share one license?
Yes, within reason: one key can sign in on several devices. For an agency with many seats, write to me.
What if the site shuts down?
I'll give at least 30 days' notice, and every Pro user can download their watchlist and every CSV before then.
Comparing with Reletter?
Reletter is $49 to $199 a month (reletter.com/pricing, checked Nov 6, 2026) and covers more than seven million newsletters on several platforms, with contacts. Stackblade covers Substack only, with history. Fair comparison.
